Dennis C. Limbaugh

Dennis Limbaugh, born February 14, 1949, a lifelong resident of Forest Park, passed peacefully at home at the age of 76 on January 13, 2026, after a courageous battle with cancer spanning more than a decade. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Glen and Arleen, and his beloved sister, Inez.

Dennis was the devoted husband to the love of his life, Sharon (Cotter), with whom he shared 53+ wonderful years of marriage. He was a loving father to Melissa and Christopher (Deirdre), a cherished brother to Douglas (Kate), and a proud and devoted grandfather to Zianna, AJ, Johnny, and Jack, and a beloved uncle to Jason (Cathie) Pope and Jeff Pope.

Dennis dedicated more than 25 years of his life to his career at Jewel Foods, where he was known for his strong work ethic, loyalty, and the many lasting friendships he formed over the years.

Dennis’s love of life, along with his kind and generous spirit, will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
