We are sad to announce that John J. Costelloe, Age 60, passed away on Thursday, October 26, after a battle with lung cancer. John was surrounded by family in his final days.
John's biggest joy of his life was being a father to his twin daughters, the loves of his life, Jacqueline and Caitlin. John was loved by many, including his siblings Maryellen, Noreen, Denise and Michael, and his sister-like niece, Colleen, his step daughter Missy, as well as several other nieces and cousins. John had many cherished long-time friends including his best friends from grade school Mike Davids and Marshall Lance. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Eileen Costelloe, and his nephew, Ryan Costelloe.
If you knew John, you knew of his quick Irish wit and big heart. He would help anyone in need. He was an accomplished union electrician with the International Brotherhood of Electrical WorkersLocal 701. John loved his career in the trades. Much like his father, John could build anything. John loved sports including softball, golf and snowmobiling.
John will be greatly missed by many.
