Kenneth E. Hogan

Ken Hogan passed away at 68 years old surrounded by his loving family. Ken was the oldest son of John & Mary (Gleason) Hogan. Born on June 25,1957 Ken grew up in Forest Park with his sister Karen Dylewski (Frank) and brothers Tim (Mary) & John. Ken enlisted in the Marine Corp in 1975 and served proudly. He was also a lifetime member of American Legion Post 256 in Berwyn. Ken married Roberta (Province), lived in Berwyn and had a son Kenneth (Colleen) and 2 wonderful grandchildren Connor and Liam whom he loved very much. He was the uncle of many nieces and nephews. 

Ken had a passion for aviation. He obtained his pilot's license in 1988. In 1990 Ken and his brother Tim bought a 1947 Stinson 108 and together they flew all over the midwest attending fly-ins and visiting friends. Ken was always willing to take anyone for a ride in his plane so he could share his passion. 

Ken's sense of humor and ability to get into mischief will be remembered by all who knew him. His spirit lives on in the laughter and jokes he shared and the love and compassion he gave. He will be dearly missed and always remembered.
