Nancy Lynn (Demme) Ebert

Nancy Lynn Ebert nee Demme passed away comfortably at home with her husband Steve by her side, on August 17, 2022.  Nancy was a dedicated Operating Room Nurse and Organ Procurement Coordinator for West Suburban Hospital,  Rush University Transplant and Rush SurgiCenter.

 Nancy was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Dorothy Demme, her brother Tom, her beloved son Scott and dear 1st husband Roman Ebert III.  She leaves behind her beloved husband Dr. Stephen Jensik, loving son Roman IV and daughter Jaime.  She was the cherished grandmother of Andy, James, Alex, Niko and Gabe and step mother of John and Jennifer.  She is also survived by many "nieces and nephews" who loved and respected her, especially her smiles and hugs.

Nancy loved her elegant entertaining, family, friends, partying, dancing, making and gifting her famous strawberry jam, gardening, cooking and giving gifts to folks, always taking great pains to choose the perfect personal gift.!  She also loved all dogs and enjoyed playing scrabble on the beach and of course, her favorite color pink.!
