Nicholas P. Diederich

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nicholas P. Diederich, age 53, on April 19, 2023. 

Nick was born in Chicago, Illinois to his beloved parents, Frank and Donna (Snodgrass) Diederich, both of whom preceded him in death. He was a devoted son and always cherished their memory.

Nick is survived by his two sisters, Tracey (Chris) McCallum and Barbara (David) Therriault, who will miss him dearly. He was a caring and supportive brother, always there to lend a helping hand.

In addition, Nick is survived by his two nephews, Noah and Jaxson, who were the light of his life. He enjoyed spending time with them and sharing how proud he was of them and their accomplishments to anyone who would listen.

Nick had a passion for working on cars, and spent most of his life working at H&R Towing and Auto in Forest Park, Illinois pursuing that passion. He will be remembered for his lightheartedness, compassion for others and sociable nature.

A memorial visitation service will be held at Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 Madison St. in Forest Park on May 4, 2023 from 4:00-7:00 PM. 

Nick will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
