Richard F. Kinner, 85, of Oak Park. Beloved son of the late John and Frances Kinner. Cherished brother of Beryl Stevenson Garbrecht. Fond uncle and great uncle to many. Richard was a civil engineer who worked for The Boeing Company in Seattle, WA for many years before returning to Chicago and retiring from the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago.
