Terence Cotter

Terence M. Cotter, 71, Crystal Lake resident since 1987, at rest November 29, 2023. Beloved brother of Sharon Limbaugh (Dennis); cherished son of the late Edward and Elizabeth (nee Rudderham), and loving brother of two sisters who predeceased him, Cathy Towner and Carol Graves; fond uncle of Christopher Limbaugh and Melissa Turek (of Rhinelander, WI), dear friend of former spouse of twenty years, Donna Cotter (nee Gracz). Terence was the owner/operator of Black Oak Lawn Maintenance, operating in and around Crystal Lake and surrounding areas for more than ten years.
