Theresa (Terri) Brown (nee Ziolkowski), 91 a long-time resident of Lombard died peacefully at home on June 30, 2021. Born on August 9th, 1929, in Chicago Terri and her family lived in Lombard for over 35 years while attending St. Pius X parish. She worked at West Suburban Bank until she retired. Terri was an avid golfer with two holes in one to her credit and enjoyed traveling. But Terri’s biggest joy was her family. Raising three boys, having two grandchildren and her loving marriage.
Terri was the wife of George Brown for 71 years, sister-in-law of Bryan Brown (Carolyn), Mother of Paul (Tammy), Mark and Greg (Karen) and loving grandmother of Brooke (Ryan) Joy and Megan Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents Monica and Walter Ziolkowski and stepparents Walter and Mary Grupa, brother Walter Ziolkowski, stepsisters Helen Kocanda, Laura Parker and stepbrother Edward Stewart. Beloved Aunt of Sherwood, Susie, Donna, David and Bernard.
A Celebration of Terri’s life will be at 10am on July 17th at St. Pius X Church, 1025 E. Madison Street, Lombard, Illinois.
