Thomas P. Sullivan

Thomas P. Sullivan 59 of Elburn, Illinois passed away on February 3rd 2023. 

Tom was born on June 20th 1963 to Thomas P. Sr. and Sharon Sullivan in Chicago’s North Austin neighborhood. Tom was a graduate of Fenwick High School.

In 1998 Tom married his wife of 25 years Michele E. Sullivan (Lardino). Together and lovingly they raised their children; the late Richard T. Sullivan and Shannon N. Sullivan.

There was no greater joy in Tom’s life than being a Grandfather, it was the role he treasured more than anything.
Tom was the proud Papa of Richard, A.J. and Riley. They will cherish the countless Walt Disney memories made with their Papa forever.

Tom is preceded in death by his son Richard and his parents Tom and Sharon Sullivan.

Tom is survived by; his brother, Edward Sullivan (Rikki), his sister Michelle Bowbin (Eddie), along with his great nephews Connor Sullivan and Brock Bowbin, his cousins, and many life long friends.

Tom’s family will miss endless things about him; his sense of humor, his life advice, the memories made on countless family vacations,  his love of time spent together at Disney World, his dancing skills and his joy in sharing his favorite movies. Undeniably, for those left behind, Tom was the backbone of his family and lovingly protected them all.

Tom was a proud member of I.B.E.W. Local 9, a long time employee of Meade Electric, and most recently employed by Henkels and McCoy.

Tom was a veteran of the US Army.

A memorial visitation for Thomas will be held Saturday, February 25th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm where a Memorial Service will be held at 4:00pm.
