Tina C. (Skembare) Moles

Tina C. Moles nee Skembare, age 98, of Forest Park passed away peacefully in her home on October 29, 2021. After raising 5 daughters with her husband of 56 years, Tina went back to school and received her Bachelor’s degree from Northeastern Illinois University.  She was an energetic and respected presence at the British Home where she worked as the Social Director for 25 years.

Tina was a kind and loving mother whose support for her daughters was unwavering throughout her life.  She had a wonderful sense of humor and a personality that drew people to her.  She loved nothing better than cooking and entertaining for family and friends.  Tina was passionate about current events and loved to discuss them with anyone willing to engage with her.  She was very giving and was always there for friends and family.

Tina was the wife of the late Anthony F. Moles; the mother of Terese (the late Jeremy) Mach, Carole (Patrick) Wallace, Judith (Ronald) Pikul, Janice (Scott) Brooks, and Kay (Scott) Emery; the grandmother of Lissa (Jeff), Cassandra (Josh), Gina (Peter), Michael Orseno, Jay (Diana), Tony (Tracy), Spencer and Austin Brooks, Jake (Kathy), and Dominic (Patricia); and great grandmother to 21, ranging in age from 3 months to 22 years. She was preceded in death by her five sisters Jennie, Millie, Eleanor, Lillian, and Irene.

The family will receive guests on November 14 from 1:00 -3:30 PM, followed by a memorial service, at Zimmerman-Harnett Funeral Home, 7319 W. Madison Street, Forest Park, Illinois.
