Virginia Ann Martinez, 73, of Chicago, IL passed away Sunday, June 20th. Beloved mother of Chet (Rose) Johnson, Jr., Timothy D. (Lori) Martinez, Raymond (Gabriel) Martinez, and Cynthia (James) Connor; Step-Mother of Jason (Rachel) Martinez and Jennifer (Sergio) Losacco; Cherished grandmother of 12; Great-grandmother of 10; Dear sister of Robert (Shirley) Carr, Jr. and Patty (Bill) Hand; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert M., Sr. and Virginia Ann Carr. Virginia was retired from the Manheim Auto Auctions. Her favorite hobbies were gardening and sewing. She never met a dog she didn’t like! Virginia was an avid animal lover!! Graveside service will be Monday, June 28th, 2:00 PM at Forest Home Cemetery, 863 S.
